BREACH #3
If you've picked up the first two issues of this great DC series, you may be wondering where the action is, this being a "mainstream" DC Universe book and all. Look no further, as things kick into high gear this issue! The man who was once Tim Zanetti is slowly starting to accept his fate as the metahuman known as Breach, but it's a long, slow road. After last issue's battle with the strange Herdsman, Zanetti is determined to learn more about his uncanny abilities and their origins in the fatal accident almost twenty years ago. There's no time for secret origins, though, as Kobra show up to make a rough situation even rougher. All that, and Breach is one step closer to learning what happened to his family. By Bob Harras, Marcos Martin, and Alvaro Lopez.

VIMANARAMA #2
Grant Morrison doesn't know how to stop, does he? After an inspired, groundbreaking run on Marvel's New X-Men, Morrison has followed it up with a trio of DC Vertigo books---first, the absurdist action of Seaguy, followed by the breathtaking brilliance of WE3, and now this, a super hero "East meets West" story of lost gods, planetary invasion and star-crossed romance! Our hero Ali has met the girl of his dreams, but is he going to just as quickly lose her to the wiles of an eight-foot supergod? Does either one even have a say in the matter? London burns and hilarity ensues, from Morrison and artist Philip Bond.
