UNCANNY X-MEN #461 cover

UNCANNY X-MEN #461

Mojo is back! With Spiral at his side and on the trail of the recently missing Juggernaut and Nocturne, Mojo arrives at the Xavier Institute to take back what he feels is rightfully his. With appearances by the X-Babies and the Exiles (definitely not the team you know!), this issue is easily one of the most madcap and thoroughly enjoyable romps since the days of the old Excalibur book. More issues like this could definitely put Claremont back on top in the eyes of disgruntled fans, but with House of M looming large on the horizon, things probably wonÕt be quite this lighthearted for some time. Enjoy it while it lasts, fanboys!

With a legion of undead fighters standing in his way, Wolverine may need a little extra help just this once, but who can possibly save him now?

SEVEN SOLDIERS: KLARION #2 cover

SEVEN SOLDIERS: KLARION #2

Klarion the Witch Boy, having sought a world outside Limbo Town, must now face the wrath of the Horrigal, but he wonÕt do it alone. With the help of the mysterious Ebeneezer Badde, Klarion makes good his escape from Limbo Town once and for all. Predictably, things are never as they seem, but itÕs the way writer Grant Morrison allows things to play out that makes the story all the more interesting. Slowly but surely, the loose threads of the various Seven Soldiers books, still in their infant stages, are showing signs of a larger tapestry as is evidenced by KlarionÕs indirect brush with the Manhattan Guardian this issue. Also featuring the gorgeous fully colored art of Frazer Irving, this book has just the right balance of dark humor and moody storytelling fans have come to expect from MorrisonÕs projects.

As Black Canary and the JSAÕs Wildcat continue their undercover work as drug dealers in Singapore, Barbara Gordon has her own problems in Gotham.
