Tom King is a comic book author, and ex-CIA officer. He is best known for writing The Vision for Marvel Comics, and The Sheriff of Babylon for the DC Comics imprint Vertigo, his 2012 superhero novel A Once Crowded Sky, Mister Miracle for DC Comics, DC’s big 2019 event Heroes In Crisis, and the “Rebirth”-era Batman for DC Comics. He was awarded “Best Author” in 2018 Eisner Awards along with Marjorie Liu. He is currently writing the New Gods movie for Warner Bros.
